These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Drain Plumber Pro website and the services we provide in Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding communities. By using this website, requesting service, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Service Requests & Scheduling

Submitting a request through our website, chat, phone, or text does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the date, arrival window, and scope of work. Emergency and same-day availability is subject to crew availability, weather, and road conditions.

Estimates & Pricing

Prices quoted by phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site once our technician can inspect the drain, sewer line, or fixture. Additional work discovered during service — such as root intrusion, collapsed pipe, or hidden blockages — will be presented to you for approval before it is performed.

Coupons & Specials

Coupons and promotional offers must be mentioned at the time of scheduling, apply to standard service during posted hours unless noted, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Some offers may not apply to emergency, after-hours, or commercial work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods; returned payments or past-due balances may incur additional fees permitted by law.

Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known conditions such as prior repairs or pipe material, and clear personal belongings from the work area where practical. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorated pipe that fails during normal service methods, or damage caused by concealed conditions we could not reasonably identify.

Warranty

Warranty coverage, when offered, applies to the specific work performed and is described on your invoice or estimate. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, grease and debris buildup after service, root regrowth beyond the covered period, or work performed by others.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future scheduling.

Text Messages & Calls

By providing your phone number you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your service request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
