Drain cleaning is a trust business. Below are reviews from Colorado Springs customers, organized by the kind of work we did — plus links to read the rest on Google and Yelp.
Read Our Google ReviewsRead Our Yelp ReviewsWe read every review, and the same handful of things show up over and over. They're worth naming, because they're the things people are actually worried about when they call a drain company they've never used:
Sinks, tubs, showers, laundry, and floor drains cleared the first time.
"Dwayne and Michael are fantastic! My home doesn’t have callout, but Dwayne and Michael were able to navigate that with no problems. I really appreciate all the time and effort that was spent to clear the problem. Look no further than Drain Plumber Pro. Thanks, guys!"
"Awesome work. Nice guy. Came in and did exactly what he said. He fixed my clogged drain in no time. He has a very calm demeanor which was nice given all the anxiety I was feeling. Prices are amazing. I will use him again and I highly recommend him!"
Roots, blockages, and repeat backups in the main line — the calls that matter most.
"Their team was efficient, professional, and left my yard looking immaculate — I highly recommend them for anyone in the Colorado Springs area!"
"Another plumber came and snaked the main line — still backing up. He came, found the problem. Saved me money."
Seeing the problem on screen instead of taking someone's word for it.
"He used a camera to show me what might be causing the drain clogs and made suggestions on how to prevent them in the future."
Second opinions, avoided digs, and firm numbers before the work starts.
"Dwayne is awesome! He came by same day and did the job perfectly. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Glad we found him. Highly recommend!"
"Always prompt, very professional and priced right. HIGHLY recommend Drain Plumber Pro!!"
"Another company wanted to charge $10,000 to fix the end of the pipe. Because of Dwayne's persistence the clog is gone and it was only $175! Love the guy and his service!"
